Time: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Location: Sleigh rides operated by The Double H Bar, Inc

Come experience a horse drawn sleigh ride with your friends and family this winter. Your sleigh instructor/guide will share with you the history of the Elk Refuge and give you information about the animals that inhabit the busy winter biome. The ride will last about an hour and will operate from December 14th and end in early April, however the sleigh rides will not run on Christmas day or if weather conditions are severe.  New rides leave from the Jackson Hole Visitors Center parking lot every 20 – 30 minutes between 10:00 and 4:00. Reservations are available and recommended.

Some Covid-19 guidelines that have changed how sleigh rides have operated in the past are:

  • Tickets will be sold out of a white trailer on 532 N. Cache Street
  • Blankets will no longer be provided, you may bring your own or buy one when you check in.
